Order Process
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can make changes or cancel it. Please use our contact form for this.
You can view the current payment, delivery, and order status in your customer account at any time. If you haven't created a customer account and would like an update, please contact us using our contact form.
The following payment options are available:
- Prepayment by bank transfer (with a 2% discount)
- Klarna (installment purchase, invoice, and instant transfer)
- PayPal
- Cash on delivery
- Cash payment upon collection
Shipping Information
Small appliances and accessories under 30 kg are shipped free of charge via DHL parcel shipping. Large electrical appliances are delivered free of charge to the desired installation location via DHL 2-man delivery.
For deliveries abroad, we offer a delivery service to the curb. Direct orders via the webshop for abroad are not possible. Request shipping costs individually here. Information on delivery to Switzerland can be found here.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with the tracking information by email.
Additional Service Options
For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following additional service options:
- Old appliance removal & disposal
- Installation service & options (e.g., worktop cutout)
- Extractor hoods are excluded from the installation service.
- Saturday delivery
- Evening service
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return an item within the cancellation period, please contact us via our contact form. We will then send you the return documents and a return label by email. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found here.
The return label for items that can be returned by DHL parcel shipping is provided free of charge by us. For goods that cannot be returned by post due to their nature, we commission our partner forwarding company to collect them. The costs for this amount to 89.00 EUR.
B-goods are products that are not quite perfect - be it due to a small flaw on the device itself or due to damaged packaging. Our B-goods items are nevertheless fully functional and are thoroughly checked for defects by our specialist staff before sale. In addition, we rate the condition of the items as "good", "very good" or "as good as new" to offer you full transparency.

If you cannot find the right product immediately, we recommend that you first use our navigation and subcategories to make a rough pre-selection. In the respective categories, filter options are available, with which you can narrow down the selection according to your criteria. If you prefer a certain manufacturer, it is also worth exploring our brand worlds. Alternatively, you can contact us at any time via our contact form or reach our sales and consulting team by telephone on 0511 1658840. We will be happy to help you find the best product for your needs.
The product images usually come directly from the respective manufacturer. We only use our own images if the deviating condition requires it, for example with B-goods items with specific, relevant damage.
In accordance with legal regulations, we offer you a two-year warranty, where we act as your direct contact partner. Manufacturers usually grant a one-year warranty on their products. From our experience, however, most manufacturers are also accommodating in the second year, similar to the first year. Detailed information can be found on the respective manufacturer's pages. Enjoy the luxury of free DHL delivery directly to the installation location. Additional service options such as installation can be booked. Please note that devices must be disconnected and removed from electricity, gas and water before delivery.
We offer a 5-year guarantee on marked articles. The manufacturer's guarantee applies in the first two years, after which we arrange customer service directly with the manufacturer for you.
Our specialist advisors are always up to date thanks to regular training from the manufacturers and will advise you individually. Simply contact us via our website and we will get back to you quickly.
Receive a 2% discount for prepayment. Further payment options include Klarna for installment purchase, invoice and credit card, as well as PayPal and cash on delivery (within certain amount limits). Collection is also possible by individual arrangement.
For items in stock, delivery takes place from Monday to Friday after receipt of payment. If you book additional appliance services such as installation, the delivery time may be extended. We will inform you immediately of any changes.
We are authorized sales partners of top brands such as Miele, Smeg, Siemens and Quooker. Our goods come directly from the manufacturer and are always from the latest batch.
Our many years of experience are incorporated into the careful selection of our products. With our voluntary 5-year guarantee, we want to promote longevity and reduce electronic waste.
