Cooking with steam: The Bauknecht oven with steam support
Bauknecht has a large selection of different steam ovens that can be used for pure steam cooking or cooking with steam support. A Bauknecht steam oven can be recognized by the name Steam. A distinction is made between four different steam methods: Active Steam, Total Steam, Gentle Steam and Soft Steam.

Bauknecht Active Steam Oven
The Bauknecht Active Steam Oven is a steam oven that allows you to add steam to the cooking process. You can choose from three steam levels with different intensities: 75% steam, 50% steam and 25% steam.
Bauknecht Total Steam Oven
The Bauknecht Total Steam Oven is a steam oven that also allows pure steam cooking. The steam is added using different intensity levels: 100% steam, 75% steam, 50% steam and 25% steam.
Bauknecht Gentle Steam Oven
The Bauknecht Gentle Steam Oven is a simple steam oven in which water is filled into a recess in the cooking chamber to generate steam. There are three special steam programs for bread, meat and fish.
Bauknecht Soft Steam Oven
The Bauknecht Soft Steam Oven is a steam oven with a removable water tank that generates steam for cooking using two intensity levels: 25% steam for bread and desserts and 50% steam for fish, meat and vegetables.
Easy to clean: The Bauknecht oven with self-cleaning
A Bauknecht oven is easy to clean. In particular, thanks to the oven's self-cleaning function using hydrolysis or pyrolysis.
Bauknecht Hydrolysis
Hydrolysis is self-cleaning with steam, also called Bauknecht DiamondClean. At 90 °C, hot steam in the oven cleans dirt, which can then simply be wiped off with a damp cloth.
Bauknecht pyrolysis
Pyrolysis is the oven's self-cleaning at high temperatures. Dirt and grease are burned out at 475 °C. Ash remains, which can then simply be wiped away.

Active Multiflow
With Bauknecht Active Multiflow you can bake on three or four levels at the same time (depending on the model). Thanks to the power hot air, the air is evenly distributed in the oven interior, which leads to consistent cooking results.
