Typical Gaggenau Rotary Knobs
To set the desired heating modes and functions, a Gaggenau oven features various control elements. A signature feature of the brand is the rotary knobs. The right knob controls the temperature and additional settings, while the left knob selects heating modes, cleaning functions, and basic settings (e.g., clock). For display, Gaggenau uses a modern TFT touch display with side control panels for selection. To make operation easier, the functions are color-coded: Initial settings and main settings appear in orange, basic settings and cleaning options in blue, and adjustable values in white. Additionally, the size of the settings on the display changes, with current changes being enlarged. A countdown timer is also displayed in this way.

Oven Accessories from Gaggenau
The Gaggenau oven comes with essential accessories: an enamel baking tray, a grill rack, a roasting pan with a rack, a rotisserie, and a detachable core temperature probe. Additional oven accessories are available for purchase. Furthermore, you have the option to combine matching products with the oven in the same design. Here are some examples.
Gaggenau Baking Stone / Pizza Stone
For delicious and crispy pizza like from a stone oven, all you need is a Gaggenau oven and a baking and pizza stone. The pizza bakes on the stone just like it would on the bottom of a pizza oven. To make handling easier, the Gaggenau pizza stone comes with a matching pizza peel, allowing you to easily slide dishes from the baking stone onto the plate.

Gaggenau Roasting Pan
Roasting pans are ideal for roasting and baking in the oven, but they can also be used on the stovetop. As such, they are an essential piece of cookware in the kitchen.
How much does a Gaggenau oven cost?
Professional-quality ovens come at a price. A Gaggenau oven starts at around €3,500 (RRP) and can even cost close to €10,000 (RRP). For example, the Gaggenau EB333 oven is one of the more expensive models. In terms of value for money, the price is justifiable due to the high-end materials, innovative technologies with the latest standards, and relatively long lifespan, making Gaggenau ovens luxury appliances.
