The dough needs to rest for 30 minutes, then it is rolled out using the pasta roller attachment on setting 7. For the cheese filling, you will need 150g of Pecorino, the same amount of Parmesan, and 100g of cream cheese, all mixed together using the Smeg stand mixer whisk. Once the ravioli is filled, cook them in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Finally, garnish them in a frying pan with a bit of lemon zest, sage, rosemary, and a little butter. Enjoy!
Smeg Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe

Next, puree 210 g of strawberries using an immersion blender, then add the strawberry puree to the milk mixture. Pour everything into the ice cream maker attachment, attach it to the Smeg stand mixer, and let the machine prepare the ice cream on the lowest setting for about 20 minutes. Once done, place the ice cream in the fridge to cool further, and enjoy the creamy, homemade strawberry ice cream!
