Advance Payment via Bank Transfer
For advance payment via bank transfer, a 2% discount is automatically applied in the shopping cart. You will receive the payment details in the confirmation email. Please transfer the invoice amount to our account, stating the order number:

Any transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer. The processing time for bank transfers is usually 1-2 banking days. Your order will be reserved and processed only after we have received your payment.

PayPal
When paying via PayPal, data is transmitted using SSL encryption on PayPal's payment page. Mykitchens does not store any payment data. Your entire payment process is handled through PayPal's certified electronic payment system.
You can choose between different PayPal payment methods:

Cash on Delivery
DHL Parcel: The cash-on-delivery amount of up to €3,500 is usually collected in cash by the delivery person or via EC card at the post office branch. Cash-on-delivery packages cannot be delivered to a Packstation, parcel shop, or parcel locker.
DHL Freight: You can pay the invoice amount of up to €5,000 conveniently in cash to the driver upon delivery.
Cash Payment upon Pickup
If you prefer to collect your order from our warehouse, you have the option to pay on-site in cash or via EC card. Pickup is only possible after our approval and an agreed appointment, which can be scheduled from Monday to Friday. Further details will be provided via email after your order is received.
