
Shipping Costs
Shipping for all products within Germany is free of charge.
For deliveries within Germany, we use DHL parcel shipping for items under 25 kg. Large electrical appliances are delivered to the installation site by the DHL 2-person delivery service.
For special requests such as partial deliveries or orders on demand, we are available by prior arrangement. Please coordinate such special requests with us before placing your order and confirm them via email after the order has been placed.
Delivery Information for Large Electrical Appliances to the Installation SiteThe DHL 2-person delivery service will bring your appliance to the desired installation location. A delivery appointment will be scheduled with you in advance by phone.
Please check the goods before signing for any potential packaging damage. If any damage is present or if you have doubts about the condition of the goods, note "Packaging damaged" on the delivery receipt. Without this note, we cannot claim transport damage. However, this does not affect your statutory rights. In the event of transport damage, please report it immediately after acceptance. More on transport damages here.
Additional Service OptionsFor deliveries within Germany, we offer the following additional service options:
- Old appliance removal & disposal
- Installation service & options
- Saturday delivery
- After-hours delivery
These options can only be booked during the ordering process and depend on the specific appliance type. If an option is not available for a particular item, please contact us before placing your order. The delivery time may be extended by approximately 3-5 days when booking an additional service option. More on optional service options here.
Self-Collection by AppointmentYou have the option to pick up your order directly from our warehouse in Hanover. However, this is only possible with a prior appointment and our confirmation. We kindly ask for your understanding that without such an agreement, no goods can be handed over or information provided. Once we receive and review your order, we will inform you about the next steps and the agreed pickup date. Payment can be made on-site in cash or by debit card. More on payment methods here.
Delivery to SwitzerlandFor deliveries to Switzerland, we cooperate with our partner meineinkauf.ch. This service provider handles the entire shipping process and customs clearance for you.
